How it works
- Choose a short clip.
- Set format (GIF or animated WebP), fps, max width, and loop count.
- Download the animation. GIF files start with GIF8; WebP files are RIFF WEBP.
Clips stay in this tab. No upload.
Palette GIF is lossy. Long clips are refused by duration limits.
Supported inputs and outputs
MP4/WebM in. image/gif or image/webp out.
Example
A 2s color clip at 12 fps becomes a looping WebP or GIF.
Questions and answers
Can I rename an MP4 to .gif?
No. The tool muxes a real GIF or WebP.
